S. Hong, MD, MS We are closing our practice effective 4pm on February 26, 2010. We will be moving to Cape May, NJ. Michael Santulli, MD will be taking Zitnay's patients and charts effective 2/27/10. His office is currently located 400 Locust Ave Suite 3, Charlottesville, VA 22902. For appointments, please call 434-295-5155. Dr. Santulli is a graduate of UVA School of Medicine, completed his internal medicine residency at Dartmouth, and completed his fellowship in endocrinology at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He has been practicing in Charlottesville ever since. He is a very good doctor and endocrinologist. Dr. Hong is transferring all his patient records to Boris Gerber, MD at Charlottesville Family Medicine effective 2/27/10. For appointments, please call 434-973-1831. Dr. Gerber is an internist and cared for my inpatients at MJH 2002-2006. He has returned from private practice in Germany to Cville about the Spring of 2009 so he can accommodate to inheriting my practice. Dr. Gerber has a very good reputation in the medical community, and my patients thought highly of him when he cared for them as inpatients at MJH. I trust him and like him greatly. He has a good heart. If you prefer to have your chart sent to a different practice before 2/26/2010, you will need to come to the office to sign a simple form & pay for your chart to be mailed (flat fee $10.35 per USPS). Why mail the chart? We are closing our doors, so taking thousands of charts to store for 6 years (over 20 years for pediatrics) is a huge undertaking. We are abiding by VA Board of Medicine regulations by notifying you of our closing. Thank you for your cooperation We thank all of you for the many years of support you have given us.
