Effective 2/24/10 the office will be closed because we are moving out of state. We cannot refill your medicines or transfer your charts (see home page for information where you chart is). Note: E-mail is not secured; therefore, patient confidentiality cannot be protected. It is your decision if you want to communicate through email understanding the risks that unauthorized persons may see the emails. Also, email is not a guaranteed form of communication with your doctor. If there is an urgent or important medical issue, please call the office. Thank you!
